Job Title: Research Specialist
Location: VA - CHANTILLY, VA 20151 US (Primary)

Responsibilities

Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies.

Experience with DTS Defense Travel System and advanced CATMS.

Demonstrated success managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas across multiple locations.

Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Outstanding English writing skills with the ability to deliver quality written products promptly.

Strong active listening skills to assess customer needs and satisfaction.

Hands‑on experience managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.

Outstanding customer service abilities involving initiative, judgment, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.

Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects.
