Job Description

• Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
• Experience with DTS Defense Travel System and advanced CATMS required.
• Demonstrated success managing several direct reports and multiple functional areas across multiple locations.
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding English writing skills; ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periods.
• Strong active‑listening skills to assess customer needs and satisfaction.
• Experience managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
• Outstanding customer‑service abilities (initiative, judgment, creativity, flexibility, confidence).
• Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects.

Job Requirements
