Responsibilities

• Support and enhance web applications in healthcare and public-service settings.
• Develop, test, document, and maintain features using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Explore AI-assisted technologies to improve user experience, workflow automation, and digital health applications.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable fixes.
• Assist users and research partners with technical questions and software incidents.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and support databases.
• Assist with releases, deployment, and monitoring.
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate operational needs into software solutions.
• Ensure data security and privacy best practices.
• Contribute to additional digital health applications as needed.
