The role emphasizes process simulation, technoeconomic analysis, and collaboration across Research, Technical Sales, and Marketing to advance Dow’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical/Environmental/Process Engineering or related field; PhD preferred.
• 3+ years in industry; 5+ years preferred.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Model chemical processes for gas treating plants.
• Develop expertise in gas treating simulation platforms.
• Perform technoeconomic analyses for complex processes.
• Create process design packages for Dow's gas treating portfolio.
• Interface with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Collaborate with lab teams on properties and pilot facilities.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to IP and project portfolios.
• Document work and publish results where appropriate.
