Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary contact between beta testers and the Product team, ensuring effective communication.
2. Provide technical support, including onboarding researchers, debugging SQL queries, and explaining data schemas.
3. Communicate researcher pain points and suggestions to the Product Team, aligning with strategic goals.
4. Advocate for researchers' needs while supporting the objectives of the Product Team.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in research coordination, stakeholder relations, or program management.
• Experience with data research tools such as SQL and BigQuery.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization.
• Experience managing customer accounts and researcher access.
• Background working with academic or volunteer-led research organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Confluence, JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Google BigQuery, and Google Cloud SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or platform integrity research.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical online research and data governance.
• Experience in tech companies, research institutions, or nonprofits.
