A leading organization dedicated to uplifting Asian American female leaders is seeking a Community Manager. This full-time remote role involves managing community engagement, overseeing CRM systems, and organizing events to foster connections among members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in community management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Asian American culture. Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor(40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM -5 PM PST
Rate: $1,600 - $2,400 monthly (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

What You'll Do
As the Community Manager, you play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, managing communications, and enhancing the overall experience for members. This position oversees CRM systems (HubSpot & TopBase) to ensure seamless member management, respond to inquiries, and create meaningful community interactions. The role involves curating and managing community circles, leading new member onboarding and orientations, and organizing high-impact virtual and in-person events. This role is essential in creating a thriving and supportive space for Asian American female leaders. Your responsibilities will include:
