Job summary

BWG Global in Cranford, NJ is seeking a detail‑driven Research Project Manager to own end‑to‑end execution of custom survey projects—from questionnaire programming through panel recruitment, fielding, QC, and final data delivery.

You will coordinate with sector research leads, sales, and clients to keep engagements on time, on budget, and with data integrity. Proficiency with Qualtrics/Decipher/Forsta, panel sourcing tools, and Salesforce is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in market research operations, project management, or panel/sample management.
• Hands-on experience programming surveys in Decipher/Forsta, Confirmit, Qualtrics, or a comparable platform.
• Working knowledge of B2B/institutional respondent sourcing tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
• Strong data QC instincts and comfort with Excel.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to run multiple projects against deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; coordinating across research, sales, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Program quantitative surveys in tools like Qualtrics or Forsta and ensure proper logic and testing.
• Manage day-to-day timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Source and recruit respondents for hard-to-reach B2B/institutional audiences using professional networks and tools.
• QC incoming data for issues and ensure data integrity before delivery.
• Coordinate with sector teams, sales, and clients to align on scope, timelines and expectations.
