Job summary

BWG Global is seeking a Research Project Manager to own the end-to-end execution of custom survey projects, from programming to fielding and final data delivery.

The role emphasizes coordinating with sector leads, sales, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high data integrity. You will manage timelines, recruitment, and QC across multiple concurrent studies, driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in market research operations or project management.
• Hands-on experience programming surveys in Decipher/Forsta or Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with B2B/institutional respondent sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from questionnaire programming to fielding and delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Lead panel recruitment and sample sourcing efforts for hard-to-reach audiences.
• QC data for quality, logic, and quota adherence; support reconciliation with analysts.
• Collaborate with sector teams, sales, and clients to ensure timely delivery and data integrity.
