Job summary

BWG Global in the United States (NJ - Cranford) seeks a detail-driven Research Project Manager to own end-to-end operational execution of custom survey and research projects—from questionnaire programming through panel recruitment, fielding, quality control, and final data delivery.

This role works closely with sector research leads, sales, and clients to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and with data integrity our clients can trust.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in market research operations, project management, or panel/sample management.
• Hands-on experience programming surveys in Decipher/Forsta, Confirmit, Qualtrics, or a comparable platform.

Responsibilities

• Program quantitative surveys and build logic, quotas, randomization, and piping.
• Manage day-to-day timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Source and recruit qualified respondents for B2B/institutional audiences using Qualtrics, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• QC incoming survey data for straight-lining, speeding, inconsistent logic, and other data-quality flags.
• Coordinate with sector teams, sales, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and accurate data.
