Qualifications

• Experience supporting academic research programs or educational initiatives.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research and professional development programs for trainees and fellows.
• Facilitate collaborative research initiatives among faculty and external partners.
• Plan seminars, workshops, symposia, and events with logistics and evaluation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement for the NextGen Fellows Program.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and assist with fiscal planning.
• Collect and report program metrics to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
• Provide guidance to students and participants on policies.
• Prepare reports and communications for leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
