Job summary

University of Missouri is seeking an Educational Program Associate II to help plan, manage, and support 4-H Youth Development programs in St. Francois County.

The role involves coordinating programs, building partnerships with schools and community organizations, and delivering curricula focused on leadership, STEM, and healthy living. Responsibilities include program evaluation, volunteer development, and coordinating events, camps, and activities across delivery modes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 4 years of related work
• Experience with youth development or 4-H PRKC taxonomy preferred (six hours)

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and planning of College and Career Pathways in St. Francois County
• Build and expand external local partnerships with schools, community centers, and youth organizations
• Develop and evaluate curricula with emphasis on Leadership, Civic Engagement, STEM, Healthy Living, and related topics
• Coordinate and conduct educational events, contests, camps, and programs using a positive youth development approach
• Travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
