Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience or a BA plus five years of related experience.
• Broad knowledge of clinical or laboratory research and trial settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading people with diverse backgrounds and mentoring others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams across departments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise Research Data Specialists.
• Oversee medical record abstraction, data cleaning, and validation.
• Monitor progress toward team goals and ensure SOP compliance.
• Prepare reports and maintain study manuals; update guides as needed.
