Qualifications

  • Experience with collaboration tools such as OneDrive, Zoom, Teams.
  • Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule.
  • Residency in Georgia required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for general management or a program.
  • Ensure office activities comply with Emory policies and procedures.
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls and maintain calendars.
  • Review correspondence and prepare responses for management.
  • Prepare charts, graphs, and departmental reports.
  • Schedule meetings and manage logistics for events.
  • Initiate, process, and maintain records and invoices.
  • Monitor budgets and grants and prepare expense reports.
