Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking a Research Product Associate to help build the operating system behind the Research Team’s market intelligence products. You will own production of flagship deliverables, coordinate calendars, and partner with Research, Marketing, Analytics, and Investment Management to ensure clear purpose, audience, cadence, workflow, and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in research operations or related analytical/business roles.
• Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables with different cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the production process for recurring Research Team deliverables.
• Manage the research product calendar, production timelines, workflow checklists, stakeholder review process, and deadlines.
• Partner with subject-matter owners to understand each product’s purpose, audience, and historical process; maintain institutional knowledge.
