Job summary

Chatham Financial is seeking a Research Product Associate to build the operating system behind the Research Team's market intelligence products. You will own recurring workflows, improve report production, and translate data and analysis into repeatable, high-quality outputs.

You will partner with Research, Marketing, Analytics, and Investment Management to ensure each product has a clear purpose, audience, cadence, and feedback loop.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in research operations, product management, or analytics.
• Strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables with different cadences.
• Demonstrated ability to own a process from start to finish and improve repeatable workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort using market data, financial information, and exhibits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex information clearly.
• Curiosity about capital markets, CRE, credit, and investment management, plus collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the production process for recurring Research Team deliverables.
• Manage the research product calendar, timelines, checklists, stakeholder reviews, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with subject-matter owners to understand product purpose, audience, and methodology, maintaining institutional knowledge.
• Centralize and standardize documentation around production workflows and quality-control steps.
• Coordinate with Marketing on distribution, branding, and messaging.
• Maintain feedback loops by gathering input from recipients and stakeholders and tracking readership where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to streamline report generation and introduce AI/automation to improve workflows.
• Support enhancements to existing products by adding analyses, visualizations, metrics, and templates.
• Help expand the product library with dashboards, indices, benchmarking tools, and micro-reports.
