Job summary

Thinking Machines Lab in San Francisco seeks a Research Product Manager to drive complex, high-impact technical products spanning research, infrastructure, and applied programs. You’ll help turn ambitious ideas into reality by coordinating cross-functional efforts and maintaining momentum in fast-moving environments.

Your work connects people, ideas, and systems to keep research initiatives aligned and moving forward, with the goal of scaling company execution across frontier AI domains.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, physics, engineering, or similar.
• Experience in research program management, product management, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate large-scale research products and programs.
• Translate technical ideas into actionable, well-scoped plans.
• Collaborate across disciplines and ramp up on new domains as needed.
• Create and maintain compute and resource roadmaps.
• Synthesize and communicate progress across technical teams.
• Support the integration of new technologies into production systems.
