Job summary

Anthropic, a San Francisco–based AI safety company, is seeking a Product Manager for the Research team to own ideation and deployment of new models and products, advancing frontier safe AI technology.

You will work closely with research to productize applied research, identify high‑potential use cases grounded in customer needs, and coordinate with research, product engineering, and platform teams to ship capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with launch experience.
• First-principles thinker who navigates ambiguity.
• Strong AI/ML technical background and ability to dive deep.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience launching ambitious products with distribution or commercial success.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of frontier technologies.
• Partner with research to define, improve, and ship model capabilities.
