Nudge is seeking a Research Operations Manager to lead the operational execution of human studies from planning through completion in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coordinate researchers and engineers to develop operational plans and scale systems across multiple concurrent studies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in research operations or program management, with strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities to ensure high-quality, compliant study

Qualifications

• Experience leading research operations, study operations, or program management.
• Ability to develop scalable workflows and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with researchers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational execution of human research studies from planning through completion.
• Manage and support the Research Staff responsible for study execution.
• Work with researchers and engineers to align operational plans with priorities.
• Build and improve systems, workflows, and processes to scale the organization.
• Coordinate participant operations, staffing, scheduling, equipment, and logistics.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase study quality and throughput.
• Document study execution and support regulatory activities.
