Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, business, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare professional/administrative/laboratory or research experience, with at least one year in a role with progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance daily operations of the department to ensure quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Guide staffing decisions including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Support development and implementation of policies ensuring safe, compliant work environments and regulatory alignment.
• Assist in grant submission, tracking and reporting, and manage research financial activity communications with leadership and faculty.
