Aquent Talent is seeking a Recruiting Assistant intern for the Research Intern Program Team. This onsite role supports hundreds of Research Interns annually across the U.S.

and Canada, with the Redmond, WA client base and a focus on delivering a world-class intern experience for both interns and hiring managers. You will assist the staffing program manager with offers and hiring processes, track hires in internal tools, coordinate events, onboarding, and support special projects.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Assistant duties including offering and hiring process support, tracking hires in internal tools, and data entry.
• Event coordination and support such as planning, invitations, venues, catering, and onsite presence.
• Special project support and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
