Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in hiring events and recruiting activities to identify candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and events.
• Review and screen applications for basic qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Attend interviews as an observer to learn structured evaluation.
• Learn and use Paycor Recruiting ATS and update candidate status.
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and posting updates.
