Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Program Manager for Research Integrity in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. You will lead education programming, curriculum design, and project management to promote responsible conduct of research across school-wide settings.

This hybrid role interfaces with faculty committees and university offices to implement policies, manage workflows, and analyze program effectiveness while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and university guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills in high-stakes contexts.
• Ability to collaborate across academic and administrative groups and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement research misconduct policy and case processes across FAS.
• Develop and manage curricula and online materials for the RCR program.
• Lead communications/outreach to increase engagement in educational programs.
• Develop SOPs for case management aligned with federal regulations.
• Manage enrollment processes, scheduling, tracking, and reporting; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation and oversee lifecycle from initiation to closure.
