Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences seeks a Research Operations Administrator to support researchers across 30 labs by coordinating study pools, payments, and fund tracking. You will work closely with faculty and the Executive Director in Psychology to ensure efficient operations.

The role emphasizes onboarding, space coordination with ED and OPRP, and meticulous management of time, budgets, and compliance. A strong organizational mindset and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in higher education.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Psychology background helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding/offboarding and high-level operational support for 300+ researchers across 30 labs.
• Manage Psychology Study Pool, including SONA updates, postings, and IRB oversight/compliance.
• Coordinate local procedures for human subject participant payments.
• Oversee restricted fund application and award tracking.
