Job summary

• 5+ years of related experience required. Higher education may count toward experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex programming and events with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-degree certificate programs with program directors, arrange travel, and manage communications.
• Plan and execute Center-sponsored programming, including hotels, vendors, AV, and meals.
• Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and advise on policies and procedures.
• Gather attendance data and feedback to inform strategic planning.
