Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-therapeutic clinical research protocols with PI guidance and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with research participants via phone, mail-outs and internet to maximize retention.
• Maintain relationships with targeted research communities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on research advertisements.
• Screen potential participants against inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Enter new participants in databases and obtain informed consent.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards and submit documentation to the IRB.
• Attend research meetings and present project updates to the PI.
• Assist PIs with initiation of research projects and data collection procedures.
• Assist with study proposals and billing mechanisms for research charges.
• Ensure study supplies are received and maintained throughout the study period.
