Job summary

Adams Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Enrollment Assistant to support the evaluation, triage, and enrollment of participants for site-sponsored and industry-sponsored trials. You will work under Enrollment Clinicians and Coordinators to ensure accurate documentation and compliant screening processes.

The role emphasizes hands-on administrative and clinical tasks, scheduling, participant flow, data entry into EDC systems, and maintaining source documents in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or better; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing study protocols and identify potentially eligible participants under guidance from Enrollment Clinicians and Coordinators.
• Prepare and organize study materials and participant files ahead of scheduled appointments, including printing paperwork and maintaining clean consult rooms.
• Interact professionally with participants with psychiatric and neurologic disorders, providing support and guidance during study visits.
• Support prescreening intakes and collect participant information to facilitate triaging of potential participants and assess eligibility.
• Prepare materials and support the informed consent process for site-sponsored and industry-sponsored studies.
