Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• R&D experience in wireless communications and ideally ISAC.
• Experience contributing to 3GPP RAN1 as a delegate or in back-office support.
• Strong 5G NR patent portfolio and Layer 1/Layer 2 expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical contributions for 3GPP RAN1, RAN2, and related standards.
• Conduct 5G/6G wireless communications and ISAC research.
• Lead research projects with internal and external partners.
• Participate in international standardization meetings.
• Develop patents, invention disclosures, and research publications.
