Qualifications
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- R&D experience in wireless communications and ideally ISAC.
- Experience contributing to 3GPP RAN1 as a delegate or through back-office support.
- Strong 5G NR patent portfolio and Layer 1/Layer 2 expertise.
- Knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR, and 3GPP standardization.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical contributions for 3GPP RAN1, RAN2, and related standards.
- Conduct 5G/6G wireless communications and ISAC research.
- Lead research projects with internal and external partners.
- Participate in international standardization meetings.
- Develop patents, invention disclosures, and research publications.
