Confidential is seeking an experienced Research Director to apply critical thinking and innovative approaches across client listening, needs definition, design of solutions, execution, and insights that exceed expectations and strengthen business relationships.

The role oversees revenue generation of $2mm or more, collaborates with sales and senior consultants, mentors business analysts, and leads end-to-end research from proposals to insights and narratives for clients.

Formación

• 3–5 years of market research, preferably with a strategic background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up with attention to detail
• Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and process orientation; comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience using UKG/Ultipro is ideal
• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR a plus

We are looking for an experienced global minded Research Director that enjoys applying critical thinking and innovation to all aspects of the practice, from listening to clients to help define their needs, to solutions design, execution and insights that exceed client expectations and strengthen our business relationships.

In this role you will be part of an innovative, well-respected team of experts that are committed to exceeding customer expectations. Directors are accountable for managing profitable revenue of $2mm or greater, working with our sales team and senior consultants to develop and nurture client relationships, distill meaningful insights, and ensure client value. As a senior member of the team, you have responsibility to support mentoring in your interactions with business analysts across the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Commitment and passion to exceeding customer expectations, building, and strengthening relationships and generating profitable revenue.
• Primary point person in working and collaborating with our consultants and sales team for client interactions. Anticipate and proactively support client issues and goals and contribute innovative ideas to create relevant solutions that will exceed client expectations upon delivery.
• Carry out all aspects of the research process such as writing proposals, designing solutions, hypothesizing and analytic planning, synthesizing data and analytics, creating insights and narratives
• Produce actionable recommendations and present results to client teams
• Participate in thought leadership content development. Master the portfolio of services and competitive offerings within the practice.
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of our business analysts

Required Experience & Skills

• 3 to 5 years of Market Research preferably in a strategic background, ideally in a variety of disciplines
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Follow-up skills with excellent attention to detail
• A strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and process-orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity amidst change
• Experience using UKG/Ultipro ideal
• Ability to navigate the Microsoft Suite of products
• Bachelor’s Degree required; PHR/SPHR is a plus
