Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Research Director to apply critical thinking and innovative approaches across client listening, needs definition, design of solutions, execution, and insights that exceed expectations and strengthen business relationships.

The role oversees revenue generation of $2mm or more, collaborates with sales and senior consultants, mentors business analysts, and leads end-to-end research from proposals to insights and narratives for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of market research, preferably with a strategic background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up with attention to detail
• Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and process orientation; comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience using UKG/Ultipro is ideal
• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR a plus

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations and strengthen relationships by delivering insights and actionable recommendations
• Act as primary point of contact with consultants and sales for client interactions
• Lead all steps of the research process: proposals, solutions design, planning, analysis, storytelling
• Produce actionable recommendations and present results to client teams
• Contribute to thought leadership and maintain mastery of service portfolio
