Job summary

The California State University Dominguez Hills seeks a Research Development and Compliance Associate to support faculty and administrators in promoting research, managing grants, and coordinating compliance tasks. You will help identify funding opportunities, develop proposals, and co-facilitate research development events.

Under supervision, you will coordinate trainings and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on advancing scholarship across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for the required experience.
• Experience with grants administration or research compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IRB and IACUC operations with the Research Compliance Officer.
• Review required research trainings and notify investigators of needed trainings.
• Build relationships with faculty, staff and stakeholders to stay informed on research activities at CSUDH.
• Administer internal grant competitions, including InfoReady design, launch, routing, and review.
• Review, edit, and format proposals for external funding.
