Job description

The Research/Data Analyst Team Lead is a full-time, time-limited position within the Mississippi State Department of Health's Office of STD/HIV. The position provides leadership for data management, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and analytical activities, directing the collection and analysis of STD/HIV data to support statewide planning and compliance. The incumbent supervises staff and leads development of reports and dashboards to identify trends, support quality improvement, and enable data-informed decision-making across prevention and care programs.
