Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Burn Rehabilitation Laboratory is seeking a Research Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of diverse burn-related studies. You will assist with recruitment, data collection, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring protocol adherence and participant respect.

The role involves phlebotomy, EKGs, data management, and collaboration with clinicians and community partners, with a focus on high-quality research and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 0-1 year of relevant research project work preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical research protocols and data management.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals for sponsor and organizational compliance.
• Recruit patients for clinical trials and conduct phone interviews.
• Verify accuracy of study forms and update per protocol.
• Prepare data for analysis and data entry.
• Document patient visits and procedures.
• Assist with regulatory binders and QA/QC procedures.
• Assist with interviewing study subjects.
• Assist with study regulator submissions.
