Qualifications

• At least 2 years of clinical trial agreement review and negotiation experience, preferably in an academic setting.
• Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining business relationships.
• Strong ability to identify and resolve problems promptly.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms of clinical trial and research agreements with internal and external partners.
• Draft and redline various agreements including non-disclosure and material transfer agreements.
• Provide timely service to Principal Investigators while considering interests of all parties.
