The Research Computing Technical Specialist is a member of theInfrastructure Team within Marist Information Technology. Thisposition serves as a technical resource for faculty, students, andstaff utilizing institutional research computing services andtechnologies. The specialist collaborates with researchers tounderstand project objectives, computational requirements, anddata-intensive workflows, while supporting the effective use ofadvanced computing, artificial intelligence, data science, andcloud technologies. This position is designed as a growth-orientedtechnical role, providing opportunities to develop expertise inresearch computing, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies,and high-performance computing environments.
