The conservation on working lands CIG group (CoW-CIG), which consists of people from Utah, Colorado, and Montana State Universities, Western Landowners Alliance, Heart of the Rockies Initiative, Wildlife Services, and Defenders of Wildlife, is hiring a part time technician to help with data coding and analysis.

This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah.

Responsibilities
Applicants should have experience with cleaning and coding ecological data for analyses and/or course work completed in similar research methods.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be enthusiastic and curious to learn

Technicians will be working primarily from home and/or on campus in the Young Lab a minimum of 5 hours per week, regularly communicating and collaborating with undergraduate volunteers and PhD student.
