We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate or Scientist to join our Biology team and contribute to the advancement of our therapeutic programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute in vitro cellular and molecular biology experiments to support drug discovery and preclinical development
• Perform and analyze assays including cell viability, clonogenic survival, Western blotting, flow cytometry, and mechanistic studies
• Maintain and characterize cancer cell lines and support translational biology efforts
• Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data in team meetings and scientific discussions
• Maintain accurate experimental records and contribute to study reports and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Biology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical research preferred
• Hands‑on experience with mammalian cell culture and common molecular and cellular biology techniques
• Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Oncology drug discovery or translational research
• Experience with clonogenic assays, DNA damage response assays, or mechanistic pharmacology
• Familiarity with KRAS biology, targeted therapies, or combination therapies is a plus
