Job summary

Antheia in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Research Associate for DSP to advance impurity fate, product stability, and scalable purification of bio-derived Starting Materials and APIs from bench to pilot scale.

You will work cross-functionally with Biology, Analytics, Operations, Quality and Regulatory to develop sustainable processes that meet specification timelines, with hands-on lab experience and strong data skills.

Qualifications

B.S. in Chemistry or related field with 2+ years industry experience.
Analytical and compound isolation laboratory experience.
Experience with bench-scale filtration, evaporation and crystallization.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and report writing.
HPLC/UPLC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Comply with safety protocols and ensure the safety of co-workers
Comply with Regulatory and DEA requirements when required for handling, disposal and documentation
Support project teams to deliver on project goals
Perform studies following experimental protocols
Run regular unit operations and data collection for analysis
Preparation of samples for Analytical methods
Work cross functionally and provide documentation for transparency and reports
Perform other duties as assigned
