The role involves supporting research efforts, maintaining rigorous standards, and collaborating on key programs. Candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. in relevant fields, along with familiarity in gene-editing technologies. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Some prior industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Academic or industry experience working with T cells in a research setting.
• Familiarity with gene-editing technologies and delivery platforms.
• Prior experience with CRO collaboration or CMC workflows is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Research Team in efforts across multiple collaborative research programs.
• Contribute to R&D efforts to meet project milestones.
• Maintain standards consistent with company culture and values.
• Generate, analyze, and share experimental results.
• Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooks.
