Job summary
Cellanome is hiring a Research Associate 1 in San Diego for a six-month project. You will execute end-to-end workflows on the R3200 platform, processing living cells through multi-day assays and converting cells to sequencing-ready libraries. Weekend shifts are a regular part of the role.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in cell biology, molecular biology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a laboratory and with cell culture techniques.
- Ability to work a weekend-coverage schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Process samples end to end on the Cellanome R3200 platform.
- Follow SOPs and document steps in real time in the LIMS.
- Support troubleshooting with lab development and internal teams.
- Onboard and execute new processes transferred from the development team.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety protocols.
- Handle lifting up to 20 lbs as part of duties.
