Dispatch Bio is looking for a Research Associate/Scientist I to join the Cell Biology team in Pennsylvania. This role involves executing preclinical discovery projects, including in vivo and in vitro assays, and collaborating closely with other research groups to validate therapeutic leads for drug development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of hands-on laboratory experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and mammalian cell culture.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute in vitro immunoassays with CAR-T cells and/or oncolytic viruses.
• Prepare genomic libraries and document experimental data.
• Assist with in vivo murine studies and downstream analysis.
