Job summary

Legend Biotech USA in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Scientist to join the Research & Development team. The role focuses on in vivo CAR-T and advancing next-generation cell therapies for cancer and autoimmune indications.

You will design experiments, analyze data, and collaborate across disciplines to push a fast-paced pipeline forward. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Immunology or related field with hands-on experience in immunology, oncology, and gene delivery methods.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology or related discipline.
• 2+ years in cell/gene therapy with in vivo CAR-T experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry and immunoassays.
• Experience with lentiviral vectors and transduction.
• Ability to work independently and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize in vivo CAR-T research to advance cell therapies.
• Isolate immune cells and evaluate CAR-vectors using in vitro and in vivo assays.
• Conduct solid tumor models and data analyses with ELN/documentation.
• Deliver timely results and present findings to internal groups.
• Maintain GLP/EHS compliance and laboratory safety standards.
