AtlasBase is seeking a detail-oriented Research Associate to join the Systems Integration team in South San Francisco. You will help develop our proprietary enzymatic DNA synthesis on semiconductor chips, support reagent development and QC, and assist with enzyme assays and on-chip DNA synthesis workflows.

You will work closely with your supervisor and teammates to plan and execute experiments, maintain clear records, and communicate progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or closely related field.
• Experience executing and troubleshooting biochemistry and molecular biology protocols in a research lab.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development of enzymatic DNA synthesis on semiconductor chips.
• Assist with reagent development, QC, and biochemical assay development.
• Perform NGS library prep and downstream data analysis.
• Operate and troubleshoot DNA synthesizers and related instrumentation.
• Document data and contribute to scientific presentations and reports.
• Adhere to SOPs and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with supervisor and cross-functional teams on project timelines.
