Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in education, evaluation, or related field.
• 3+ years in research and/or project management in educational projects if no Master’s.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with educational data collection and analysis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Evaluation, Public Health, Psychology or a related discipline, or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in research and/or project management in educational projects
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Advanced organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Experience conducting research in postsecondary education institutions and/or collecting and analyzing educational data
• Demonstrable ability to communicate in written and verbal formats with various roles
• Creativity and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
• Familiarity with digital learning systems and implementation in educational settings
• Proficiency with technical tools and platforms including Google Docs, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, Asana, and Qualtrics
