The candidate will contribute to protocol development, interview activities, and effective communication across teams, ensuring milestones are met and actions followed up. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with common tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in education, evaluation, or related field.
• 3+ years in research and/or project management in educational projects if no Master’s.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with educational data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and logistical support for multiple research hubs and studies.
• Support operations of complex research projects and assist in data management.
• Build relationships with external collaborators and team members.
• Maintain meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
• Participate in research activities including developing protocols and conducting interviews.
• Support project-related communication and deliverables.
• Organize and execute project events and track project milestones.
