Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop hardware/software for quench detection and safe energy discharge.

Responsibilities

  • Develop systems (hardware and software) to detect quench and discharge stored energy safely.
  • Perform electromagnetic, structural, and thermal analyses of high-field magnet systems.
  • Carry out numerical simulations using COMSOL, ANSYS, Vector Fields, Fortran, Matlab, and C++.
  • Present results at international conferences and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.
  • Lead development of next‑generation high-field magnet systems.
  • Prepare reports and technical papers.
