Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required.
• 0-1 year relevant laboratory experience preferred.
• iPSC culture experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and culturing of iPSC cells.
• Differentiate iPSCs to neurons and glia and aging of these cultures.
• Maintenance of Attune flow cytometer and ordering reagents.
• Measuring and scheduling longitudinal imaging with Incucyte and Nikon Biostation.
• Molecular cloning assistance; Gibson assembly.
• Analyze data from western blot / microscopy / flow cytometry.
