Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science required; degree equivalency allowed.
• New grad with 0-1 year relevant coursework.
• Experience with human cell culture preferred.
• iPSC culture experience a plus.
• Proficiency in basic molecular techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, passage, catalog, and culture iPSC cells.
• Differentiate iPSCs to neurons and glia; age cultures.
• Maintain Attune flow cytometer and reagents.
• Perform longitudinal imaging with Incucyte and Nikon Biostation.
• Data collection, management, and reporting of results.
• Assist with molecular cloning and SOPs for lab.
