Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Research Assistant II for the GIM Research department in Boston, MA. The role combines on-site and hybrid duties, supporting multi-site studies focused on substance use and infectious disease.

You will handle administrative tasks, recruitment, data entry, IRB coordination, and contribute to reports, manuscripts, and grant submissions as part of a funded project on PrEP delivery in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree a plus.
• Experience in research or clinical program activities is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports administrative aspects of the research study and maintains program records.
• Schedules meetings and prepares presentations, reports and agendas.
• Assists in data collection, recruitment and informed consent processes.
