Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a Research Assistant I to perform laboratory and technical support for ongoing projects within the Combat Wounds Infection Division, Military Relevant Bacterial Diseases Department at the Naval Medical Research and Development Command.

The role contributes to in vitro, ex vivo, and/or in vivo studies and advances lab reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Laboratory techniques proficiency and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining documentation and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations under supervision.
• Conduct assays and prepare materials for in vitro, ex vivo, and/or in vivo studies.
• Ensure data integrity and communicate findings to team.
